Canada Gives provides Donor Advised Funds for philanthropy foundations. As an alternatively structured way of donating, they help alleviate the administrative burden. We provided an updated brand that reflects how simple the process is.

Beyond updating the brand, we updated their website and social media profile for a cohesive update.

Phase two includes a donor portal for accessing information with ease.

The Challenge

Creating a visual language that could engage the dev community was essential. With all of the options out there, standing out was the task. Running with the space-themed aesthetic, we developed a style guide that included a mascot to help bring everything together for all promotional material.

The approach

We spoke with stakeholders and customers to assess what we needed to accomplish. The website was built with WordPress and a visual builder for ease of updating in-house.

Print Collateral

Promotional material in alignment with the brand was considered for conferences and takeaways. Custom infographics were created to help simplify newcomers’ process to understand how their software can help them.

Jackson Wynne delivered a beautiful interface that was exactly what we were looking for. Their team really got to grips with our complex user journeys designed amazing solutions that really work for us.

Outline Financial

Outline Financial approached Jackson Wynne to help come up with a comprehensive corporate brand design. Offering mortgages and insurance to customers throughout the city, they needed a brand that speaks to the modern consumer.

Working with a simple name and determining hierarchy is critical. Leading with “outline,” we were able to develop a modern solution creating an integrated mark into the identity. The “outline” arch piece is diverse, allowing for colour change and bold pattern shapes for a dynamic logo system.

Underground

The Underground lives in the heart of Toronto’s York University at the Student Centre. Jackson Wynne was hired to rebrand the 25-year-old non-profit, student-run restaurant business.

Everything from renaming consideration to menus, signage, window graphics and the website was rethought, redesigned and then some. With lots of food options on campus, the updated Underground is repositioned as the go-to campus kitchen destination – it’s going down at the Underground!
