We offer customized plans based on your needs. Depending on the ask it may adjust the price, or it can be swapped out for something else that might normally be standard.
For our fixed price plans the scope is defined. Typically we accommodate one major revision and one minor revision on projects.
For monthly plans, we accept requests one at a time for up to 20 hours. Your monthly plan can be adjusted upwards as needed based on usage over time and shifting needs.
We always strive towards happy clients and will do our best to accommodate until you are satisfied.
We’re a company based in Toronto working remotely across the world with clients, partners and collaborating agencies. You will be working with a dedicated manager with senior leadership is involved on every project.
We have a standard contract in place that represents both parties interests.

We do not offer web hosting but will offer recommendations on providers.

When it comes to specific I.T. troubleshooting such as server administration and email support we defer to third-parties who are better suited to assist.
Yes. Monthly agreements have a minimum commitment period of 6 months to reserve our time to dedicate to serving our clients and workload. If you ever wish to cancel you must provide one month notice and it will be processed accordingly.
