A simple update is sometimes all that’s needed. Acronyms can be a challenge to work with, but when handled in a certain way, it can work perfectly. The iconic box treatment emulates an architectural motif, providing structure and space. A clean typeface was selected and customized, paired with the acronym box, working in all material both in both big and small sizing. With purple as the unique brand colour, Jackson Wynne rebranded SMDA’s image with an up to date and relevant mark that is both modern and attractive for prospective customers.
It’s all about the process. The SMDA website has evolved from a one pager to a more in-depth case study format where a grid provides the user an overview of style and quality of work as demonstrated throughout projects. From desktop to mobile – the website is fully responsive and easily updated through a management area to add, edit and remove projects.
