Naming a building development is never a simple task. This is why often it’s best to run with the number and street name, where location sets the direction for everything else to fall into place. In this case, we did just that. Focusing on “25” we came up with a system that is geometric and modern for the cutting-edge building design. Breaking the mould of conventional.
Branding direction was put together for project collaborators as a guide for execution of supporting marketing pieces. The cohesive guide covered multiple applications including print, stationery, promotions and website design. The brand applications apply across sales material, signage and even presentation centre style.

Digital designs were provided for the teaser website that includes a responsive, mobile friendly design. Keeping things clean and fresh, the website highlights key building features such as the multiple outdoor terraces and raised floor HVAC system. Final website build produced by IWD Canada.
